Life as a teen can feel overwhelming and stress can add up fast. The Teen Acu Circle offers a safe, welcoming space where teens can relax and experience the calm of a gentle acupuncture treatment amongst their friends.

Who is the Teen Acu Circle for? Teens ages 12-18 of all genders.
What your teen can expect: On arrival, your teen will be guided to set up their yoga props/pillows (provided on site) so they can be in an incredibly comfortable reclined position for their acu-nap (acupuncture treatment). After set up, we’ll do brief guided breathing and a little stretching before your teen gets to lie down and receive between 3 and 5 acupuncture points with hair-like sterile acupuncture needles. They’ll rest for 20 minutes then the acupuncture needles will be removed and we’ll close our time together.
What to bring: Bring a yoga mat or beach blanket to put down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. Eat a snack or meal before coming.
Investment: $60 per session, After booking your teen’s spot, if your teen is new to the Village A&A practice, you’ll receive a simple health intake form and prompt to put a credit card on file for billing.
